Delivery & returns
Free Delivery
Home Delivery is free anywhere within mainland Britain with the exception of KW IV PH PA postcodes. We cannot deliver to N Ireland and Eire. All our products are delivered direct to you by the Silentnight home delivery team or a third party approved specialist furniture carrier.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an e mail to confirm we have received it.
A written confirmation together with payment receipt will follow within a few days.
Please take time to check all the details carefully.
One week prior to delivery the Silentnight home delivery team will contact you informing you of the planned delivery date and delivery window.
Your delivery will not take place until you have agreed a date with the home delivery team.
Again please take this opportunity to check for any errors and call the Silentnight Home delivery team direct on 01282 850000 to report any mistakes.
The delivery windows are defined as -
1. Between 7.30am - 13.30pm and 2. 11.30am to 8.00pm.
A telephone call from the driver 30 minutes before can be arranged if required. We hope this will help you plan your day.
We regret we cannot accept requests for specific day deliveries. All deliveries are made Mon-Fri only. We do not deliver on bank holidays. If you cannot accept delivery on the specified day you will be offered the alternative by the home delivery team. You may consider making alternative arrangements. i.e. leave in garage or leave a key with a neighbour.
The delivery service will be provided by two men to the room of your choice and you will be given ample time to check the product for damage before signing. All bedsteads and divan beds are self assembly and regrettably we cannot dispose of your old bed. Your local council will provide this service for a small charge.
Delivery lead times are 14 working days, subject to stock. You will be informed of any delay immediately and given a chance to cancel with full refund. AB,TD,DG,KA,PA,KW,IV,PH,TR, PL and EX postcodes please allow an extra 7 days.
If the delivery attempt fails please call the Silentnight home delivery team on 01282 850000 to arrange another date. Please note we reserve the right to make a small charge for any delivery made after a failed attempt.
Returns
If you find the goods to be faulty or incorrect within 7 working days of delivery, please contact us immediately. You will be offered an exchange of the product/component or collection and full refund.
In order to comply with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
If you decide the goods are unsuitable for any other reason, ie. you don't like the colour or you simply change your mind, please contact us and we will arrange collection. You will be refunded less a £45 per order re-stocking fee.
Please make sure all goods are returned in there original packaging where possible and are stored correctly until we are able to retrieve them.
The collection process will be handled by the Silentnight home delivery team using them same methods as the original delivery and within a similar timescale.
Any refund due will be made once confirmation is received from Silentnight that the goods have been returned in good condition.
